✚ 职位：HR Specialist

✚ 职位描述：

This role is based in China Shared Service HR organization, will be responsible for staffing operation. Detailed job responsibility is as below:

◆ Provide the hire to retire administration services for internal customers to ensure process alignment and legal compliance.

◆ Act as the key contact to conduct effective communication on inquiries and solve problems from BA HR and employees.

◆ Close interaction with BA HR to identify and analyze customer needs and requirements, responsible to provide process related solution.

◆ Responsible to use HR systems to generate kinds of standard statistics reporting.

◆ Organize regular service review meeting with responsible internal customers to communicate service indicator, process alignment and pending issues with customers, ensure the follow-up actions.

◆ Support in kinds of hire to retire administration job assigned.

✚ 任职要求：

◆ At least 2-3 year HR administration experiences, share service background in multinational company will be a plus.

◆ Knowledge / Educational requirements

✓ Good English skill

✓ Good PC knowledge and MS Office skills

✓ Be familiar with Chinese Labor Law

✓ University graduated

◆ Personality requirements

✓ Diligent, careful and pro-active attitude,

✓ Good communication and interpersonal skills

✓ Willing to take responsibility, team work spirit
